  The Asian Federation of Exhibition and Convention Associations (AFECA)
was officially registered with the Singapore Registry of Societies on
25 January 2005. Prior to its registration, an assembly meeting was
in Singapore on 21 September 2004. The assembly was attended by
associations’ representatives from China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia,
Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan.

The three dark blue ovals represent people. Dark blue symbolizes business professionals of AFECA. The curve that surrounds the three ovals represents uniting the people from all over the world, which also stands for connectivity. Turquoise color represents the universal global colour, which symbolizes connecting around the world. The world "Asian" is in bold font as Asia is the focal point in this association.
The long-term vision for AFECA is to be a strategic partner in the creation of a world federation
representing the exhibition and convention industry in Asia.

Enterprise Promotion Centres Pte Ltd (EPC) was set up in September 1989 to promote Singapore enterprise development and was supported with a LETAS grant from the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). Our mission is to promote entrepreneurship and help Singapore enterprises grow and upgrade by serving as an extension of the government’s multi-agency network.We provide business facilitation as well as management consulting services to help companies and industries through the different phases of their business. For Industry Facilitation, Enterprise Promotion Centres Pte Ltd (EPC) works with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry Associations in Singapore and overseas to surface industry trends and directions, study current strengths and capabilities of local enterprises, and initiate industry-wide upgrading projects as well as organising exhibitions and conferences. Enterprise Promotion Centres Pte Ltd (EPC) also works hand-in-hand with associations to raise the standards of professionalism of industries in Singapore. Through the Industry Promotion Programme, EPC helps the associations operate more effectively, which in turn, promote growth and development of the local industries.
